Stuart Feinstein, MD, FAAP
Stuart Feinstein, M.D., F.A.A.P. is a graduate of the State University of New York at Downstate Medical Center. He completed his internship and residency at the Schneider Children’s Hospital of the Long Island Jewish Medical Center. Dr. Feinstein has been in pediatric practice since 1986 at this present location. He is a member of the Academy of Pediatrics, the Nassau Pediatric Society, the Nassau County Medical Society, and the New York State Medical Society. Dr. Feinstein is a Diplomate of the American Board of Bariatric Physicians, specializing in weight loss management.

Sharon M Perlman, D.O.
Sharon Perlman, D.O. is a graduate of the Maimonides Medical Center Pediatric Residency Program, and the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Perlman is Board Certified in Pediatrics and a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics and the American Academy of Osteopathic Pediatricians. Practicing with Dr. Feinstein since 2003, Dr. Perlman balances out Kids Care Pediatrics.

Grace Luk, MD
Dr. Luk, MD, is a graduate of the Northwell Health, Cohen's Children's Medical Center Pediatric Program, she has made herself home here working at both the Lynbrook and Elmont Offices, and we greatly appreciate the relationships she is developing with you, our patients and families.
Cynthia Phanord, MD, FAAP
Please welcome Dr. Cynthia Phanord who joins us from the Lonestar state. Originally from NY, She graduated Medical School in Florida, did her Pediatric training in Brooklyn and now returns back home.
We are very excited that she has joined our family!
Cynthia Hyacinthe, NP
Cynthia is a Pediatric Nurse Practioner with over 20 years of experience in a Pediatric Primary setting. She received her Masters of Science degree in Nursing as a PNP from Molloy College in May 1998; and recently joins us after working at PM Peds and St Mary’s Hospital. We are proud to have her join us here at Kids Care.

Lynn Smith, CPNP
Lynn is a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner with over 5 years of experience in a Pediatric Primary setting. She received her Masters of Science degree in Nursing as a Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner from Stony Brook University in 2019; and recently joins us after working at the Mount Sinai Hospital Pediatric Practice for a few years. We are proud to have her here at Kids Care.
